You are welcome to download them to use in your doll's house or miniature projects. There are more than 200 miniature wallpapers to choose from. They are all in the scale 1 inch = 1 foot [1/12 scale].

There are vintage and historical miniature wallpapers dating from 1750 -1970, as well as a selection of floral, patterns, stripes, brick and borders.

While I was searching for historically correct miniature wallpaper, my interest in this topic grew. I came across a lot of interesting facts about how, when and why wallpaper evolved, and how the designs changed over they years.I have included some of the information on the web pages in case you too may find it interesting.
These miniature wallpapers are meant for 1/12th scale doll's houses, but they can be used for other projects as well. People have used them for decorating Barbie Doll houses, constructing home made greeting cards and scrapbooking.

Early History of Wallpaper
Wallpaper began as a cheap substitute for tapestry and paneling. Some historians believe that the use of wallpaper dates back to the 1400s.The first wallpapers were decorations for wood panels, introduced into England by Flemish craftsmen. The papers were small squares with images printed by wood blocks, which were then colored in by hand.

Executables (64-bit) for Windows and Macintosh computers are available for all of our older projects (NAAP, ClassAction, & Ranking Tasks). The appropriate package for your (or your student's) computer system must be downloaded and installed locally. Note that these are actual applications that run in your native OS and their longevity depends only upon your OS. There is no similar viable solution for Chromebooks or 32-bit machines.

Note that every simulation available in the past on this site is contained in either the ClassAction or NAAP Labs native app. (In ClassAction look under the Animations tab.) The following guide to content is provided to assist you in navigating.
