The biggest issue that I initially saw with the software was that it cannot be installed or used on a network.

The *37* makes me think its the facility code part of the card that is not entered into the dsx system.

You can visually tell the difference between a 26 bit and 37 bit card/fob by the length of the number printed on the card. a 26 bit card will have 5 numbers as the card ID. The 37 bit cards will have 7 numbers as the card ID. From what I remember the card readers should read both. In the one install we did they had a mixture of 26 and 37 bit cards entering the cards were the same process.

It is highly recommended to fix the problem before using Proxifier. All Proxifier system settings are done with the System Settings tool (Star-Programs-Proxifier-System Settings). Technically the tool consists of the SysSettings32.exe and SysSettings64.exe programs for the 32- and 64-bit. The EM and HID range of proximity readers use 26 bit Wiegand communication protocol with EM4100 compatibility and 125kHz operating frequency. The range of Mifare proximity readers use the Wiegand communication protocoll. These readers will operate with Mifare Classic, Ultralight and Desfire compatible cards and operate at 13.56MHz frequency.

If I remember correctly the door controllers had a minimum firmware level that had to be met for each version of the windsx program. You could see the firmware version by using the WS program (like in your screen shot) on the device leave select the device and look at the properties. Compare existing devices to the new device you just added. That might explain why some cards are not working in some areas.

You also might try a full download to send the program to all of the doors again. I think you can do that from the WS program but you might need to be logged in as master to do that.
